The audited consolidated annual financial statements contain no modifications to the reviewed annual results and
reviewed summary consolidated financial statements published on 12 June 2023.
The consolidated and company annual financial statements were audited by Deloitte & Touche (Deloitte) who issued an
unmodified audit opinion on these financial statements. Their audit opinion, together with the accompanying financial
