RESIGNATION OF A DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited (“JSE”), the board of
directors of Motus (“the Board”) hereby notifies shareholders that Ms Bridget Duker (“Ms Duker”) has
resigned as an independent non-executive director of the Board on 28 June 2023 with immediate effect.
Shareholders are also notified that further to the announcement released on SENS on 9 June 2023 whereby
Mr PJS (Smit) Crouse (“Mr Crouse”) gave notice of his intention to resign as an independent non-executive
director of the Board with effect from 30 June 2023, Mr Crouse has amended his resignation on 28 June 2023
to be with immediate effect.
The Board wishes to thank both Mr Crouse and Ms Duker for their valuable contributions to the Board and
wishes them well in their respective future endeavours.
