RESIGNATION AND RETIREMENT OF DIRECTOR
Shareholders are advised that Mr. Graham Groenewaldt (“Graham”), an executive director of
the Company, has reached retirement age and, as a result, will resign as a director. His
resignation will take effect from 30 June 2023.
Even though Graham will no longer serve as a director of the Company, he will remain in his
role as a director of the Company’s subsidiaries, FoneWorx Proprietary Limited and BMI
Research Proprietary Limited, where he will still be operationally active and will focus on
grooming a successor to transition seamlessly into his role.
The Board wishes to extend its gratitude to Graham for his invaluable contributions as a
director and looks forward to his continuing operational contribution to the company.
