NOTIFICATION OF DELAY IN PUBLICATION OF FINANCIAL RESULTS
Shareholders are hereby advised that Sebata has experienced a delay in the finalisation of the Company’s
results for the year ended 31 March 2023 (“Results”). The delay has been caused as a result of valuations
that need to be finalised for the current Water and Software B-BBEE deals, which have a significant impact on
the Results. The Company has advised the JSE of the aforementioned, and anticipates that the Results will
be released on or about 14 July 2023.
