CHANGE TO FUNCTIONS OF DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the board of directors of the
Company (“Board”) wishes to inform shareholders of the following change to the functions of a Board member.
Mr Gontse Moseneke has resigned as a member of the Social and Ethics Committee of the Company with effect
from 29 June 2023.
The Social and Ethics Committee now comprises a majority of independent non-executive directors with the
following members:
Ms M D Shikwinya (chairperson and independent non-executive director);
Mr M J Kuscus (independent non-executive director); and
Ms Petro Lewis (executive director).
