FINANCIAL COVENANTS NOTIFICATION
Further to the announcement released on SENS on 29 June 2023, noteholders of the APF07, APF09,
APF14, APF16, APF18 and APF19 notes are advised that the financial covenant requirements
applicable to the notes for the measurement period ended 31 March 2023, will be tested and the
outcome announced once the audited consolidated annual financial statements have been finalised
and released.
