NOTIFICATION OF DELAY IN PUBLICATION OF THE ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR
THE YEAR ENDED 28 FEBRUARY 2023
Shareholders are hereby informed that, due to unforeseen circumstances regarding the finalisation of
Acsion’s audited annual financial statements for the year ended 28 February 2023 (“AFS”), the AFS will
not be published by 30 June 2023. The Company anticipates that the AFS will be published on or about
7 July 2023.
