CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS: RESIGNATION OF A DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the board of directors of ISA
(“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that Mrs Clarissa Pillay has resigned as a non-executive
director of the Board with immediate effect.
The Board would like to express its sincere gratitude to Mrs Pillay for her valuable contribution to the
Company over the last three and a half years and wishes her well in her future endeavours.
