APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(a) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board
of directors of the Company (“the Board”) wishes to advise that Gregory David Hunter
(“Greg”) has been appointed as a non-executive director of Chrometco with effect from 6th
July 2023.
Greg has a wealth of experience in the Mining Industry spanning over 3 decades in various
senior roles including head of business development, director of commercial operations and
chief executive officer.
The Company confirms that the appointment was made in accordance with the Board
nomination policy. The Board welcomes Greg and looks forward to his contribution to the
Company.
