New Financial Instrument Listing Announcement – IBL276
Application has been made to the JSE Limited (“JSE”) for the listing of R275,000,000 (two
hundred and seventy five million Rand) senior unsecured mixed rate Notes (stock code
IBL276, ZAG000197559), under Investec Bank Limited’s Domestic Medium Term Note and
Preference Share Programme, dated 17 March 2021.
The IBL276 Notes will be issued to Noteholders on the date of listing being 11 July 2023
with effect from commencement of trade.
