Change to the Board and Directors Duties
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the
board of directors of SEAM (“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders of the following:
• Deon Botha, the part time financial director has resigned with effect from 10 July
2023;
• Ulrich Bester an executive director of SEAM has been appointed as the new
financial director with effect from 11 July 2023;
• Ian Bird an independent non-executive director has been appointed as a member
of the Remuneration and Nominations Committee with effect from 11 July 2023.
The Board thanks Deon for his valuable contribution over the last few years.
