In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Finbond wishes to advise
shareholders of the resignation of Mr Tyrone Moodley as alternate independent non-executive
director of Finbond with immediate effect to afford his time to other business interests. Finbond
wishes him well with his current and future endeavours.
