NUMSA MEMBERS STRIKE RESOLUTION
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 12 July 2023, in which they were
advised that certain employees of the Company affiliated with the National Union of Metalworkers of
South Africa (“NUMSA”), had embarked on a strike on 10 July 2023.
Following continued engagement between management and NUMSA members, a resolution was
reached today, 21 July 2023. Shareholders are advised that Hulamin will resume operations from
tomorrow and expects to be fully operational by Monday, 24 July 2023.
