UPDATE ON THE APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS TO THE TRANSNET BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Noteholders are referred to the announcement released on the Stock Exchange News Service of the JSE
Limited on 12 July 2023 regarding the appointment of Non-Executive Directors to the Transnet Board of
Directors effective from 11 July 2023.
The Issuer hereby advises Noteholders that the following appointee has not accepted their appointment to
the Board due to personal reasons:
• Mr Elias Monage.
Therefore, the Board of Transnet will comprise of 12 directors.
