Resignation of chief financial officer and executive director
Shareholders are advised, in accordance with section 3.59 of
the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, that Ms Deepa Sita has
resigned as chief financial officer and executive director of
the company to pursue a new opportunity in Australia. Ms
Sita’s notice of resignation applies to all her roles and
responsibilities within the Group and will be effective from
31 December 2023.
The board of directors (“the Board”) has accepted Ms Sita’s
resignation and expresses its appreciation for her service
and commitment over the past three years and wishes her well
in her future endeavours.
The Board will advise shareholders of an appointment of a new
chief financial officer in due course.
