In accordance with paragraph 6.39 of the JSE Debt Listings Requirements, Bondholders are advised
that David Hodnett has been appointed to the boards of Liberty Holdings Limited and Liberty Group
Limited (collectively “Liberty”) as a non-executive director with effective from 7 July 2023.
He has also been appointed as chairman of the Social, Ethics and Transformation Committee and a
member of the Risk Committee.
