CHANGE OF FINANCIAL YEAR-END
Shareholders are advised that 4Sight has changed its financial year-end from 31 December to 28 February to align with
the tax year-end of the South African Revenue Service, which is administratively more convenient for the Company.
In compliance with paragraphs 3.15 and 3.16 of the JSE Listings Requirements, 4Sight will endeavour to:
- publish interim results for the 6 months ended 30 June 2023 within three months of 30 June 2023;
- publish reviewed summarised results for the 12 months ending 31 December 2023 within three months of
31 December 2023;
- publish summarised audited results for the 14 months ending 29 February 2024 within three months of
29 February 2024; and
- issue and distribute an integrated annual report and notice of annual general meeting (with audited financial
statements for the 14 months ending 29 February 2024) within four months of 29 February 2024.
Following the change in financial year-end, 4Sight's distribution periods will be for the 6-month periods ending
31 August and 28 February.
