CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that
Mr Caswell Rampheri has resigned from the board of directors of the Company (“Board”) with effect from 30
August 2023. Mr Rampheri’s consultancy agreement with the Company will also end on 30 August 2023.
The Board wishes to express its appreciation to Caswell for his significant contribution during his tenure at the
Company and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
Shareholders will be advised on the replacement for Caswell in due course.
