FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the cautionary announcement dated 15 June 2023, the board of
directors of Clientèle hereby advises all shareholders that the Company is
currently in negotiations with third parties with a view to pursuing a potential
acquisition in the insurance sector which, if successfully concluded, could
have an impact on the Clientèle share price.
Shareholders are cautioned that there is no certainty at this stage that the
negotiations will lead to any formal transaction being concluded.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when
trading in their Clientèle shares until a further announcement is made.
