DELAY IN THE RELEASE OF THE ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS OF THE GUARANTOR FOR THE YEAR ENDED
31 MARCH 2023
Further to the announcement released on SENS on 21 June 2023, regarding the availability of the annual
financial statements of Toyota Motor Finance (Netherlands) B.V., being the Guarantor to the Issuer’s ZAR 10
000 000 000 Domestic Medium Term Note Programme, noteholders are advised that the release of the annual
financial statements (AFS) for the year ended 31 March 2023 will be released by the end of August due to
additional time being required to complete the audit of the AFS following the implementation of a change in
accounting policy effective from 1 December 2022.
Noteholders will be updated once a new release date has been confirmed.
