AVAILABILITY OF THE SUBSIDIARY GUARANTOR’S ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
Noteholders are advised that the audited annual financial statements of Freestone Property
Investments (Proprietary) Limited, the subsidiary guarantor to Emira’s Secured Notes in issue, for the
nine-months ended 31 March 2023 (the “Guarantor’s financial statements”) will be made available
through a secure electronic manner at the election of the person requesting inspection.
Noteholders are also advised that the audit report issued on the Guarantor’s financial statements was
unqualified, with no modifications applicable.
