RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
In accordance with paragraph 6.39 of the JSE Limited Debt Listings Requirements, the board of
directors of the Corporation (“the Board”) wishes to advise that Dr. Nimrod Zalk (Dr.Zalk) has resigned
as a non-executive director of the IDC, as well as a member of the social & ethics and the investment
committees, all with effect from 31 July 2023.
Dr. Zalk’s resignation from the IDC Board follows his resignation from the dtic in his capacity as
shareholder representative. The Board would like to extend its appreciation to Dr. Zalk for his
commitment and service to the Corporation over the years.
The process of identifying a suitable replacement has commenced and will be announced as soon as
such appointment has been made.
