AMENDMENT TO DIRECTOR’S DECLARATION
Shareholders of Crookes Brothers are advised that the Schedule 13 director’s declaration (“Director’s
Declaration”) for Mr Larry Wilson Riddle, an independent non-executive director of the Company, has
been amended to state that a private company of which he has been a director in the past 12 months,
being Gledhow Sugar Company Proprietary Limited, has been placed into voluntary business rescue.
The amended Director’s Declaration has been submitted to the JSE Limited.
