GRAYSTON DRIVE AUTOS (RF) LIMITED – CHANGES TO THE BOARD
In accordance with paragraph 6.39 of the Debt Listings Requirements, noteholders are hereby
advised that Kim Heydenrych is appointed as an alternate director replacing Willem Jacobus
Janse van Rensburg who will resign as alternate director, both effective 1 August 2023.
These changes are to allow Willem to be more involved in the business of Investec Bank Limited
(“Investec”) which continues to act, inter alia, in a primary role in terms of Securitisation
Regulations. Willem and Kim are currently employees of Investec.
The board of directors of the Company welcomes Kim Heydenrych and looks forward to her
contribution.
