RESIGNATION OF A DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the Board
of Directors of TeleMasters (“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that Mrs Talana Smith
(“Talana”) has notified the Board of her intention to resign as Independent Non-Executive
Director effective 3 August 2023.
The Board takes this opportunity of thanking Talana for her positive contribution to the
Company and wishes her well in her future endeavours.
