TO THE PRICE PER SHARE
With reference to the SENS announcements issued on 3 August 2023 and 8
August 2023, respectively, which dealt with the transactions entered
into by a director of Lewis Stores (Pty) Ltd, Mr. Achmat, Lewis wishes
to clarify that the transactions were for the sale of shares.
References to “bought” and “paid” should therefore read “sold”.
