VOLUNTARY SENS ANNOUNCEMENT
Growthpoint shareholders are referred to the announcements published by C&R today in which the
company advised its shareholders that it has launched a fully underwritten open offer to raise £25
million (the “Open Offer”).
Growthpoint shareholders are advised that Growthpoint has underwritten the £25 million Open Offer
at an issue price of 54 pence per share and will fund its commitment by utilising existing debt facilities.
