Noteholders are hereby advised that, in compliance with paragraph 6.27 of the JSE Limited Debt Listings
Requirements, PricewaterhouseCoopers Incorporated has been appointed as the auditor of Mercedes-Benz
South Africa Limited (“the Company”) with effect from and including the financial year ending 31 December
2024.
We also hereby inform the noteholders that Pieter Vermeulen is the proposed accredited individual auditor
responsible for the audit of the Company.
