Update to the Procurement Policy
The IDC seeks to provide an effective and efficient procurement service to IDC and its stakeholders
through procurement best practices and optimal resource management, in compliance with the IDC
policies and relevant procurement regulatory framework. The IDC is committed to affirmative
procurement consistent with the South African Constitution and the approved DTI Codes of Good
Practice issued in terms of the BBBEE Act No. 53 of 2003.
Noteholders are hereby notified that IDC’s Board of Directors has approved the update to the
Procurement Policy “policy”. The updated policy has been published to comply with the requirements
of Section 7 of the JSE Limited Debt Listings Requirements. The policy can be found on IDC’s website
