Appointment of a financial director
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
shareholders are advised that Barend Hatem has been appointed as Financial Director,
with effect from 23 August 2023.
Barend has been employed at Wearne in the finance department since October 2020 and
became the financial manager in May 2022. The Board of Directors welcomes Barend.
