CHANGE OF AUDITORS
Shareholders are advised that, at the Annual General Meeting of the company held on
24 August 2023, Mazars was appointed as the audit firm to the company, with Thinus de Vries
as the audit engagement partner in replacement of BDO South Africa Inc., who had resigned at
the request of the company due to a tender process embarked upon in anticipation of the
introduction of the mandatory rotation of auditors.
