APPOINTMENT OF INTERIM GROUP COMPANY SECRETARY
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(a) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are hereby advised
that Mr. Karabelo Mosia has been appointed as Acting Group Company Secretary of Telkom with effect from 1 September
to 31 October 2023. The appointment follows the resignation of Ms Ayanda Ceba as announced to the shareholders on
31 May 2023. A process is currently underway to identify a suitable candidate for the role.
Karabelo is the current Executive: Company Secretariat of Telkom. He was previously a company secretary at Transnet
SOC Ltd, a Portfolio Assurance Manager at Standard Bank Limited and held various internal audit roles at Ernst & Young
Advisory Services.
The Telkom Board extends its gratitude to the outgoing Group Company Secretary, Ms Ayanda Ceba, and wishes her well
in her future endeavors.
