In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board of
directors of Shoprite Holdings (the “Board”) advises that, with effect from 30 August 2023:
1. Mr Sipho Maseko was appointed as a member of the Finance and Investment
Committee; and
2. Prof Hlengani Mathebula was appointed as a member of the Social and Ethics
Committee.
