CHANGE TO THE BOARD – RETIREMENT OF DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the board of directors of
Putprop (“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that Ms Anna Lucia Carleo-Novello (“Anna”), an
executive director, has given notice of her intention to retire from the Board with effect from 30 November
2023.
The Board wishes to thank Anna for her contribution to the Company during her tenure and wishes her well in
her retirement.
