TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF DISPOSAL OF SECURITIES
In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008 (“Companies Act”) and
paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are hereby advised that
Zeda has received formal notification from Silchester International Investors LLP (“Silchester”) that it
has disposed of interests in the ordinary shares of the Company, such that the total interest in the
ordinary shares of the Company held by Silchester amounts to 14.988% of the total issued ordinary
shares of the Company.
Zeda has, as required by section 122(3)(a) of the Companies Act, filed the required notice with the
Takeover Regulation Panel.
