RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY
Shareholders and noteholders are advised that Dianna Beneke has resigned as company secretary to pursue
other ventures. Her resignation was effective from 31 August 2023. The Board thanks Dianna for her
contribution to Equites and wishes her well in her future endeavours.
The Board has commenced a process to appoint a new company secretary. A further announcement in this
regard will be released on SENS in due course.
