CHANGE IN AUDITOR
While mandatory audit firm rotation is no longer a requirement, the Company’s board of
directors subscribes to the underlying principles thereof and engaged in a process of
voluntary audit firm rotation.
Following an extensive tender process, Moore Cape Town Inc., with Adele Smit as audit
partner, will be recommended as the new auditor to shareholders at the Annual General
Meeting to be held on 7 November 2023.
Accordingly, in compliance with paragraph 3.75 of the JSE Listings Requirements,
shareholders are hereby advised that Mazars will not be re-appointed as the Company’s
auditor with effect from 7 November 2023.
The Company sincerely thanks Mazars for their outstanding service to the business.
