NOTIFICATION OF A CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS, THE BOARD COMMITTEES AND THE
DEBT OFFICER
In accordance with paragraph 6.39 of the JSE Limited (“JSE”) Debt Listings Requirements,
Toyota Financial Services (South Africa) Limited hereby wishes to advise noteholders that Mr
Simon Ingersent has tendered his resignation as both the executive financial director, the debt
officer and a member of the Social and Ethics committees of the Issuer, on 31 August 2023.
Having completed service of his secondment term with Toyota Financial Services from
WesBank (a division of FirstRand Bank Limited), Mr Ingersent will serve out his notice period
which ends on 30 September 2023.
Noteholders are further advised that the appointment of the new executive financial director
and debt officer and the contact details, will be notified prior to the end of the above-named
notice period.
