Appointment Of Chief Executive
In accordance with rule 6.39 of the JSE Debt Listings Requirements, Noteholders are hereby advised
of the appointment of Mr. Erwin Tjipuka as Chief Executive of SBN Holdings Limited and Standard
Bank Namibia Limited with effect 1 October 2023.
Mr. Tjipuka is a Namibian Chartered Accountant and an experienced professional with a
demonstrated history of working in the professional and financial services industries. Skilled in
Financial Management, External Audit, Corporate Finance, Management Consulting and Banking. He
is a transformational leader with a passion for talent development. He holds directorships in various
Namibian companies.
We welcome Mr. Tjipuka to the Company and wish him every success in the role.
The appointment will be ratified by the Shareholders at the next Annual General Meeting of the
Company.
