CHANGE OF AUDITOR
Shareholders are hereby advised that BDO Inc have resigned as the external auditors of the
Company, in accordance with the IRBA recommendation in relation to the rotation of auditors.
The Board and Management of HCI would like to extend their sincere thanks to BDO for their
service to the Company and its shareholders.
HCI is pleased to announce that it has appointed Mazars, represented by Yolandie Ferreira as
audit partner, as the Company's external auditors, with effect from the 31 March 2024 financial
year.
