In accordance with paragraph 2.7 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised that Nampak has, through mutual consent, terminated
the sponsor mandate with Nedbank Corporate and Investment Banking, a division
of Nedbank Limited, as Sponsor to the Company with effect from 31 October
2023.
A further announcement will be released on SENS once Nampak has finalised the
appointment of a new sponsor.
