APPOINTMENT OF PSG CAPITAL AS SPONSOR
Shareholders are referred to the announcement published by the Company on the
Stock Exchange News Service on 6 September 2023 regarding the change of the
Company’s sponsor.
In accordance with paragraph 2.7A(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised that Nampak has appointed PSG Capital Proprietary
Limited, as sponsor to the Company with effect from 1 November 2023.
