Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 6 September 2023 and, in compliance
with paragraph 3.63(b)(iv) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, are hereby advised that the total
deemed value of the transaction, based on the closing price of an Italtile ordinary share on 31 August 2023 of
R12.15, is R2 430 000.
