DEALINGS IN SECURITIES BY PRESCRIBED OFFICERS
In accordance with the terms of the JSE’s long-term incentive scheme ("LTIS
2018"), share awards granted in 2018 have vested in the hands of executive
committee members (prescribed officers) of the JSE (the "Participants").
On instruction of the named Participants below, the JSE LTIS 2018 Trust
sold 3 656 of these vested ordinary shares on 6 September 2023 in the open
market at a volume-weighted average selling price of 9618.27 cents per
ordinary share with a total transaction value of R351 644. The highest and
lowest selling prices were 9712.00 and 9563.00 cents per ordinary share,
respectively.
