Company (“BRPs”). This session will be convened as a virtual MS Teams Live Event and is scheduled to take
place in accordance with the details provided below:

Shareholders will be given an opportunity to ask questions, in writing, during the MS Teams Live Event virtual
session, by making use of the Q&A Panel Chat Facility provided to attendees in the Live Event.
Notwithstanding this, Shareholders are requested to send through any questions they may have for the BRPs
regarding the business rescue proceedings, ahead of the session, in order to facilitate an efficient flow of the
meeting. Questions may be sent to the BRPs at the Company’s Business Rescue email address:
