RESIGNATION OF THE INDEPENDENT ADVISOR TO THE AUDIT COMMITTEE
In accordance with paragraph 6.39 of the JSE Limited Debt Listings Requirements, Transnet SOC Ltd.
wishes to notify noteholders that Ms Zolisa Zwakala, who was appointed as an independent advisor to the
to the Audit Committee of Transnet, has resigned from her role with effect from 05 September 2023. Ms
Zwakala’s resignation comes as result of changes in her full-time employment responsibilities which will not
permit her to continue in the role.
The Board would like to thank Ms Zwakala for her support and wishes her all the best in the future.
