ELECTRONIC CIRCULATION OF ANNUAL REPORTS AND NOTICES OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETINGS
Reference is made to the announcement by the Company in July 2017 on X-News and in the press regarding
the electronic circulation of annual reports.
Further to the abovementioned announcement, shareholders are hereby informed that the annual reports of the
Company, including the notices of annual general meetings of the Company for the year ended 30 June 2023
and subsequent years, will be circulated to all shareholders of the Company, who have opened central security
depositary accounts (CSD Accounts), electronically to their respective email addresses which they have provided
to the Central Security Depositary Board (CSDB) by a date no later than 21 days in advance of the date finalised
by the Board of Directors for the respective annual general meeting.
Those shareholders who have not provided an email address to the CSDB may contact their Broker/s to ensure
that same is updated on the CSDB system, to receive the Annual Report and any other communications from
the Company.
