RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders and noteholders are referred to the Cautionary Announcements issued on the Stock
Exchange News Service of the JSE Limited on 15 February 2023, 23 March 2023, 26 April 2023, 6
June 2023, 29 June 2023 and 10 August 2023.
The Company continues to actively work with its advisers to determine if a sale of Alliance Medical
Group can be consummated. Whilst this work has progressed significantly to date, there is still no
certainty that a sale transaction will actualise and be implemented.
Shareholders and noteholders are advised that the process may continue to have a material impact
on the price of the Company’s securities. Accordingly, shareholders and noteholders should continue
exercising caution until a further announcement is made.
