TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF ACQUISITION OF SECURITIES BY MANDG INVESTMENT
MANAGERS (PTY) LTD (“MANDG”)
In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008
(“Companies Act”) and section 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements, shareholders are hereby advised that Nampak received formal
notification that MandG, on behalf of its underlying clients, has
acquired an interest in the ordinary shares of the company, such that the
total interest in the ordinary shares of the company held by MandG, on
behalf of its underlying clients, now amounts to 7.07% of the total issued
ordinary shares of the company.
The board of Nampak accepts responsibility for the information contained
in this announcement and confirms that, to the best of their knowledge
and belief, such information is true and this announcement does not omit
anything likely to affect the importance of such information included.
Nampak has, as required by section 122(3) of the Companies Act filed the
required notice with the Takeover Regulation Panel.
