APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY
Shareholders are hereby advised that Mr. Joseph Fine (“Fine”) has been appointed as company
secretary of the Company with effect from 29 September 2023. As Head of Legal of the Company,
Mr. Fine has performed the function of company secretary following the resignation of the previous
company secretary. The board of the Company is satisfied with the performance, experience and
expertise of Mr. Fine as company secretary and has therefore appointed him in this role.
